We CNC-machine all gear types from solid stock — no injection molding tooling required. This is the right approach for prototype and low-volume production (10 – 5000 pieces).
Standard machined tolerance ±0.05 mm; precision-grade ±0.025 mm. We provide first-article inspection report on request. Profile measurement on optical comparator.
