We CNC-machine all gear types from solid stock โ€” no injection molding tooling required. This is the right approach for prototype and low-volume production (10 โ€“ 5000 pieces).

Tolerance & QC

Standard machined tolerance ยฑ0.05 mm; precision-grade ยฑ0.025 mm. We provide first-article inspection report on request. Profile measurement on optical comparator.

Lead Time

Prototype quantities (1-10 pcs): 7-12 days. Production runs (100+ pcs): 18-25 days FOB Qingdao.
